After 15 years at Whitbread Insurance Brokers, Michael assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in December 2017. This appointment recognised Michael’s extensive insurance expertise and excellent reputation among clients and colleagues.

From his beginnings in 2002 as a Servicing Officer, Michael grew to become a specialist in both General Insurance and Life Insurance, occupying several management positions throughout his time at Whitbread:

• Broking Operations Manager of the Commercial division
• General Manager | Corporate Partnerships, and
• Director of Whitbread Life

Michael is integral in driving the strategic direction of Whitbread, championing major growth projects, while still maintaining an active role in managing key accounts. Clients are at the heart of the Whitbread business, and Michael is passionate about ensuring client needs are always at the forefront of all major company objectives and decisions.
