- Experience working with a broking and / or underwriting operations
- Sound negotiation skills and the ability to reach favourable claims settlements for clients
- Identifying potential issues and escalating appropriately

- RG146 Tier 1 qualifications (insurance broking)
- Minimum of three years of broking experience as an Account Executive managing an insurance portfolio
