As we enter the holiday season, we want to notify you that Whitbread will be observing closure on the public holidays (Monday, 25 December 2023, Tuesday, 26 December 2023, and Monday, 1 January 2024). We will maintain a reduced team from Wednesday, 27 December 2023, to Friday, 29 December 2023.

For urgent claims assistance during our closure period, we have included important details below.

If you find yourself in an emergency and need urgent services, please start by contacting your insurance company. This will enable you to receive emergency assistance and begin the claims process much faster.
