With 25 years at Whitbread, Jenny brings deep knowledge of the business and insurance industry to her role as Chief Operating Officer. She has played an important role in Whitbread’s development through periods of significant change and growth, earning a reputation for sound judgement, clear thinking and a genuine commitment to people and clients.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jenny works closely with the CEO, Board and leaders to support the delivery of Whitbread’s strategic priorities and strengthen alignment across the business. Her focus includes supporting people, processes and systems as the business grows, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement and business effectiveness.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jenny has extensive experience in auditing and insurance finance. Throughout her time at Whitbread, she has helped position finance as a key driver of business strategy by strengthening financial reporting and analysis and giving leaders and teams greater insight into business performance.

Jenny brings a balanced and holistic approach to business and leadership. She is a highly accomplished professional artist whose prizewinning work has been exhibited around Australia and credits her artistic pursuits with the creativity and clarity she brings to her role. Applying what she calls ‘boundary-less thinking’, Jenny looks beyond traditional approaches to identify practical ways to improve how Whitbread works and the experience we deliver to our clients.

Passionate about community engagement, she also actively supports a number of animal welfare and local community charities.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Victorian College of the Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science.
