Ted brings with him over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with expertise in transforming operations to maximise efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
As General Manager – Operations and Transformation, Ted is responsible for leading our Operations teams as well as leading the development and implementation of our technology enhancements initiatives.
