COVID-19: Sanitising property following exposure

By Renee Cassidy on

The fast pace at which COVID-19 is spreading has been alarming to say the least. Unfortunately there is a likelihood at some point, that your business premises or strata property may be affected with a positive Coronavirus diagnosis. In these circumstances a thorough deep clean and sanitisation of the property will be essential.

To aid in this process, Whitbread have been advised that Crawford Contractor Connection are specialised service providers in this area.

More information about Crawford Contractor Connection

Create certainty in this uncertain time. When a property has been subject to a COVID-19 exposure, Crawford Contractor Connection is ready to deploy a specialised team to conduct the clean-up.

Crawford Contractor Connection has developed a standard protocol for cleaning properties in alignment with the recently released Australian Government – Health Department cleaning guidelines. Their service providers work efficiently to detail a site specific risk assessment, considering firstly whether the property has been known to be contaminated or whether the cleaning required is precautionary.

They then work with you to develop a suitable scope and indicative cost to complete the decontamination. In some setting, all parties are best served with a formal clearance certificate from a suitably qualified Hygienist. Examples of such are aged care homes, medical facilities and other settings where known at risk persons reside.
