Unobstructed flow:  Any roadblocks will be identified, proactively managed and escalated to ensure nothing stalls the settlement of your claim

  • We strive to lodge your claim within 24 hours of notification.
  • You will have a dedicated claims consultant who proactively drives the process through from start to finish.
  • We will always endeavour to get you the maximum claim settlement available under your policy wording.
  • You will receive claim progress reports as each significant milestone is reached.
  • As a client, there is no additional fee to engage our claims consultants. Whether you want expert advice or to lodge a claim, just pick up the phone and give us a call.
  • Our claims consultants possess an outstanding level of technical expertise.
  • There are claims consultants available to you in both Victoria and NSW.
  • We will review all claims denials to ascertain whether there are grounds for the decision to be overturned or given further consideration.
  • You will always receive assistance should you wish to refer a claim to the Insurer’s Internal Disputes Resolution.
